Close Loop

Close Loop is an installation consisting of several charcoal-based graphic scores hung in a mobile fashion. People may read the score with any sound-making instrument, reading from whatever piece they can see at the time. The purpose of Close Loop is to inspire musicians and non-musicians alike to come together to make sound collectively. This project is part of a long search for ways to sonically cross the divide between nations, cultures, and levels of expertise in music. Close Loop premiered with a week-long installation at CalArts’s Wave Cave in March 2020.

Atmosphere Box

The Atmosphere Box is a raspberry pi based installation which takes weather sensor data and puts it through pure data in order to turn it into sound. This was a collaborative project with Andrew Dyet at Chateau D’Orqueaux Artist’s Residency where it is permanently installed

Plastics

In-Progress installation to be virtually premiered at soundPedro in June. The installation features four used plastic water jugs, 20 coin motors, and 20 battery packs. The installation will be featured in a video performance.
